Popularity of Lego Trail prompts extension

After increased interest shown in the Huddersfield Lego Trail, Huddersfield BID is extending the trail until 30th June 2021. The Huddersfield Lego Trail started on Saturday 29th May and was originally planned to run until Sunday 6th June.

Organisations across Huddersfield were provided with Lego, for free, and challenged to build custom models based on the architecture around Huddersfield. The organisations were then be partnered with town centre businesses in which the Lego models are displayed, creating the Lego Trail. Diversions Gifts in Imperial Arcade, Packhorse Shopping Centre, the Lawrence Batley Theatre, and the Packhorse Centre are just a handful of places you can see the Lego models.

The trail will not only be accessible in person but also live, interactively on the Huddersfield dedicated app – LoyalFree. On here trail participants can vote for their favourite model, whereby at the end of the week-long campaign the three highest voted models are in for a chance to win luxurious hampers. To take part in the trail and see offers from Huddersfield businesses, visit your device app-store and download the LoyalFree App free of charge.

With the weather heating up and all things slowly returning to a life we recognise this is certainly something to look forward to and celebrate – we hope you do too.
