Police appeal following aggravated burglary in Huddersfield

Police are appealing for witnesses after an aggravated burglary at a house in Golcar,

The incident occurred at around 11.36pm on 3 July 2021 on Beech Avenue in Golcar.

It was reported that a number of suspects entered a property, believed to be armed with a baseball bat and a bladed weapon. Nothing was taken during the incident and no one was injured.

Two men aged 19 and 24 were arrested in connection with the incident but have since been bailed pending further enquiries.

Officers are appealing for witnesses and would particularly like to speak to the driver of a white saloon car, which was seen in the area at the time as it is possible they may have information which may assist the investigation.
