Hot cross bunny 🐰
Easter is a great hop-portunity to indulge, so chick out this recipe for an egg-cellent cocktail to share with some bunny you love.

For the Hot Cross Gin:
- 200 ml gin
- 1 teaspoon cut mixed peel
- 1 teaspoon dried fruit
- ¼ cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
Put the gin, fruit and spices into a sterilised glass jar and leave for four to five days to let the flavours combine. Give it a good shake at least once a day. This makes more than you need for the cocktails, but the rest will make a lovely Easter spiced G&T.
For the cocktail (makes 2):
- 100 ml Hot Cross gin
- 100 ml orange juice
- 50 ml amaretto
Measure the drinks into a tumbler, stir well, then pour into two martini glasses to enjoy alongside a pile of chocolate eggs.
