Food delivery service Huddersfield Eats launches today

The new local food delivery service for Huddersfield launches with 10% off all orders.

Fancy grabbing a local takeaway tonight? The brand new food delivery service Huddersfield Eats has launched today and promises to differ from its competitors.

As reported by Huddersfield Times last month, Huddersfield Eats has been launched by two local business owners who were passionate about supporting the local economy and the restaurants they work with. Their aim is to help local, independent businesses by offering a delivery service which is profitable but will take significantly less commission in order to maximise individual restaurant’s profits.

As part of the launch period, they are offering customers 10% of all orders alongside regular competitions, offers and giveaways across their social media platforms.

Speaking about the launch, Neil Dale from Huddersfield Eats said: “We set out on this project 12 weeks ago and during that time the buzz has been amazing. Restaurant/takeaway owners have been so responsive and we are always answering questions on the street as people see the name and logo and get the instant connection to the town.”

He added “Dean and I are incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far and we are looking forward to making Huddersfield Eats bigger and better as we follow this journey. We sincerely hope the folks of Huddersfield like, enjoy and ultimately use what we have created and look forward to meeting everyone as we go about town.”

Huddersfield Eats is available online at as well as through the app available via the Apple and Google app stores.
