Excitement grows as new beer and gin bar set to open in Huddersfield

A contemporary new Town Centre establishment is set to open its doors later this month.

Williams Beer and Gin house will open on John William Street, Huddersfield after a number of significant investments. The bar, which was previously named Voda Bar, is the latest venture of independent bar group Concept Taverns.

Serving a wide array of up to 80 different gins as well as 16 cask and draft beer lines, patrons will also enjoy sampling local beverages as some of the cask ales will be provided by Concept Brewing, which is their own brewhouse based in Horsforth.

Managing Director Ben Warren said “We always liked the building, there is a lot of potential and we’re going to call it ‘Williams’ after John William Street on which it sits.”

Other highlights will include a 6ft British pool table, all the live coverage from Sky and BT Sport, and a street food kitchen serving up Concept Taverns’ signature hand-stretched pizzas.

Williams Beer and Gin House will open to the public on Friday 28th May.
